Our ever expanding pool of fully trained drivers are backed by our highly experienced operations and administration staff Neil Hunt David Cross MIMI Operations Director Director Neil has been Operations Director of MDL since the very first day of trading back in 1989. Before this he was head of operations for Cowie Interleasing, now known as Masterlease. Neil's knowledge and vast experience of vehicle distribution makes him a highly respected, truly valuable asset to the company. David started work within the group back in 1993. He has held several senior positions, including that of bodyshop manager from 1999 to 2001. David was awarded full memberrship to the Institute for the Motor Industry in November 2008. He now concentrates on developing the business for the future. Sarah Burrell Matthew Bonehill Accounts Manager Operations Assistant Sarah has been with the company for four years and has recently been promoted to Accounts Manager. She has experience of working in a financial position for Automotive Leasing and other large organisations in the South East. She has shown the skill and drive that has pushed MDL's Invoicing and Accounting systems into the 21st century. Matthew only joined the company in 2008, but has since shown that his excellent educational background has helped him ease into a very challenging role. He previously worked for Sandwell Citizen's Advice Bureaux and gained a recognition for his ability to deal with situations in a pressurised environment. John Harris Driver Manager John has been MDL's Driver Manager for the past ten years. Prior to this, he was the Compound Manager for Masterlease, looking after some 2000 vehicles and over 100 staff. John's ability to manage a large team and to organise people in difficult situations make him the ideal person to manage our drivers both in the office and out on the road.
