Midland Drivelink Ltd can arrange to have your new vehicles collected from the supplying dealership and delivered to your desired location anywhere within the UK.
Our large pool of uniformed drivers have a minimum of ten years experience and are fully trained in areas of presentation, new car handover, customer liaison and of course, road safety.
Our administration team and driver managers have worked in this field for twenty years and have the commitment, experience and knowledge to handle any situation and of course, will be sensitive to customer concerns. Each driver is equipped with company uniform, satellite navigation, inspection paperwork and fuel card.
They are also trained to understand your own inspection paperwork and delivery requirements – i.e. ‘jet washed on delivery’ or ‘deliver with ¼ tank of fuel’.
Each driver is put through a rigorous assessment on a half yearly basis and if they fall short of the required standard they will be re-trained accordingly.
